=== THE OPPORTUNITIES ===
Full-Time computer repair, support, and sales. You will handle phone calls, perform remote support services, and build solutions with clients. You will be work with the local instore team to ensure computer repairs and support appointments are completed on time. You will support and offer cutting edge technologies as well as help home users and small businesses better leverage technology to succeed. This position is responsible for technical assistance that follows standard help desk procedures including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and software inquiries/issues in a professional manner. Expect a 50/50 split of remote support and phone calls during your standard work day. We need more driven, fun, and talented team members to grow our company. 

=== REQUIRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE ===
• 1 year of related work experience.
• Must have IT/Technical knowledge aptitude and/or an interest in technology
• Proficient with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to troubleshoot and replace computer hardware and components
• Knowledge of hardware/software terminology and concepts
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to instruct non-technical users
• Willingness to work as part of a team to deliver quality service to our clients
• Time management and task prioritization skills

• Install operating systems, software and drivers
• Provide basic user support through remote and phone troubleshooting 
• Experience with cloud services such as email, file-sync, and backup
• Iphone/iPad Device Management and Support
