No problem! We allow up to 2 computers per user. If you are above this ratio, then we add phantom users to cover the cost to maintain, secure, and monitor these additional devices.

Term Pricing: Increasing or decreasing your agreement term will change the price of your agreement anywhere between $10/user to $50/user (savings or additional). Three year pricing is shown, going a longer term reduces your cost per user, decreasing your term commitment increases your cost per user. 

IT Support plans are designed to manage and support company infrastructure utilizing the prebuilt “off the shelf” functionality and features. The moment custom code or third-party integrations are added, the software is now considered “enhanced”. This is where our standard IT support scope ends and our professional services begin. Common professional service scopes relate to design, development, administration, research, troubleshooting, and testing of enhanced software.

Professional services often include specialty scopes that operate within a database, website, or cloud service.
