Question #1: Why the change?
Answer: To get top rankings with Google and Bing, you need a well-rounded online digital presence. Having a website by itself simply doesn’t cut it any longer. Nearly everyone has a website these days. To get a competitive edge, you need to stand out in the eyes of Google and Bing. Question #7: We don’t want to change or pay additional costs, what can we do?
Answer: Unfortunately, this is now our new standard for websites and our clients utilizing our services. We’ve tried every flavor of working with clients like DIY (Do it yourself), DIWY (Do it with you), and DIFY (Do it for you). Our findings were simple, providing a simple flat rate cost for existing page website updates and basic marketing services delivered a much higher quality of service (and satisfaction)! New clients who have been on our new minimum plans have experienced faster growth, much higher satisfaction, and an overall better quality of digital life for their organization. As digital marketing and online competition increased, we made a decision to keep up with the rest of the internet by providing a higher quality solution that drives growth to our clients. The return on investment was MUCH higher with a “modern digital growth” platform vs a “website only” platform. This has taken 5 years to complete, and we’ve never been more confident in providing better website and marketing solutions.
Question #8: What has not changed?
Answer: We are still providing the same great web hosting experience with the best premium WordPress plugins ($100+/month worth if you purchased these yourself) on the market. Over the last several years, we’ve continued to purchase new plugins and made them part of the solution stack. Some of the popular plugins are related to automating data from social media to a website (Facebook Feed to a website page) or from the website to social media (new blog posts automatically go to Facebook/LinkedIn for example). Automated Backups, speed upgrades, image optimizations, and many other “norms” for our clients are still the standard relating to our website hosting service.

Question #10: How do I login to my website?
Answer: Due to the wp-login and wp-admin login pages being the number 1 attack point, this will be phased out by 3/1/24. To access your website, all you need to do is login to the business app (welcome email sent on 1/18/24), then click website, then click “wordpress dashboard”. That’s it!
